Zoom Presentations

Early this year, as requested by John Stennard, Chris made several Zoom presentations to the Beaufort MFC - one of the largest clubs in the South West of England. This club has over 150 members and have exclusive use of 2 flying sites near Bristol. There are typically 20 - 25 attendees at these Zoom sessions,  and they were great fun!

January 11, 2021 - An Overview of Far Valley MFC

This first presentation was an overview of our club - from its origins through to our latest activities - including R/C, C/L, and freeflight flying. The slideshow photos are found elsewhere on the site. Browse around!

February 1, 2021 - Indoor Flying in Sault Ste. Marie

This presentation was an overview of 14 seasons of indoor flying with the Soo Modellers in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Special attention was given to the many models inspired by John Stennard over the years and known by Beaufort MFC members - including the Sumo, Sukhoi, Airbug and Chticat. This was followed by a selection of some of the more original and interesting models flown in the Soo.
